3. SIL silicone rubber sealing ring

Excellent resistance to heat, cold, ozone, and atmospheric aging is possessed by it. possesses excellent insulating qualities. It is not oil-resistant, and its tensile strength is lower than that of regular rubber. Ideal for using with electric water heaters, electric irons, microwave ovens, and other household equipment. It is also appropriate for a variety of objects, such drinking fountains and kettles, that come into contact with human skin. It is not advised to utilize sodium hydroxide, oils, concentrated acids, or most concentrated solvents. The temperature range for ordinary operation is -55~250 °C.

4. VITON fluorine rubber sealing ring

Its exceptional weather, ozone, and chemical resistance is matched by its superior high temperature resistance; nevertheless, its cold resistance is subpar. The majority of oils and solvents, particularly acids, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, as well as vegetable and animal oils, do not affect it. 5. FLS fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring

Its performance combines the best qualities of silicone and fluorine rubber. It is also very resistant to solvents, fuel oils, high and low temperatures, and oils. able to withstand the erosion of chemicals including oxygen, solvents containing aromatic hydrocarbons, and solvents containing chlorine. -50~200 °C is the typical operating temperature range.

6. EPDM EPDM rubber sealing ring

It is water resistant, chemical resistant, ozone resistant, and weather resistant. It works well for sealing applications involving alcohols and ketones as well as high-temperature water vapor. The standard temperature range for operation is -55 to 150 °C.

7. CR neoprene sealing ring

It is especially resilient to weather and sunlight. It is resistant to diluted acids and silicone grease lubricants, and it is not scared of refrigerants like dichlorodifluoromethane and ammonia. On the other hand, it significantly expands in mineral oils with low aniline points. Low temperatures make crystallization and hardening simple. 8. IIR butyl rubber sealing ring

It performs particularly well in terms of air tightness, heat resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, and insulation; additionally, it can withstand exposure to oxidizable materials and animal and vegetable oils and has good resistance to polar solvents including alcohols, ketones, and esters. Fit for vacuum or chemical resistance equipment. It is not advised to use it with kerosene, aromatic hydrocarbons, or petroleum solvents. -50 to 110 °C is the typical operational temperature range.

9. ACM acrylic rubber sealing ring

Its weather resistance, oil resistance, and compression deformation rate are all somewhat below average, however its mechanical strength, water resistance, and high temperature resistance are all excellent. Typically found in power steering and gearbox systems of cars. Not recommended for use with brake fluid, hot water, or phosphate esters. The standard temperature range for operation is -25 to 170 °C.

10. NR natural rubber sealing ring

Rubber goods are strong against tearing, elongation, wear, and elasticity. It does, however, age quickly in the air, stick when heated, expand readily, dissolve in mineral oil or gasoline, and withstand mild acid but not strong alkali. Appropriate for usage in liquids with hydroxyl ions, such ethanol and car brake fluid. -20 to 100 °C is the typical operating temperature range.

11. PU polyurethane rubber sealing ring

Polyurethane rubber has excellent mechanical qualities; it outperforms other rubbers in terms of wear resistance and high pressure resistance. Its resistance to aging, ozone, and oil is likewise fairly excellent; but, at high temperatures, it is susceptible to hydrolysis. Typically utilized for sealing connections that can withstand wear and high pressure. The standard temperature range for operation is -45 to 90 °C.
