Product Overview
Our Full Face Blind Rubber Gasket is a simple yet critical component for managing and securing HDPE pipeline systems. Unlike standard gaskets, this product is a solid rubber disc with no central hole.
It is used in a “blind flange” assembly, sandwiched between two PE stub ends (or one stub end and a blind flange) and compressed by backing rings. This creates a robust, reliable end cap for a pipeline, ideal for hydrostatic testing, system isolation, or temporary capping.
Made from high-quality EPDM or NBR rubber, it ensures a leak-proof seal without welding or specialized equipment. Contractors and engineers rely on it for safe, temporary pipeline management.
