Product Overview
The PE100 Compact Double U-Bend is a highly specialized fitting designed exclusively for Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) systems. Its primary function is to form the 180° return loop at the bottom of vertical geothermal boreholes. The ultra-compact “small body” design ensures smooth insertion of the probe assembly, often exceeding 100 meters in depth.
Manufactured from virgin PE100 resin, the fitting allows for a permanent, leak-proof socket fusion connection to the PE loop pipes. This ensures a monolithic system buried underground, critical for the 50+ year design life of geothermal installations.
