The PE100 Compact Single U-Bend is a purpose-built fitting for creating the foundational component of a Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) system: the single-loop geothermal probe. This fitting forms the 180° return bend at the bottom of the borehole, allowing a single continuous pipe to be looped for heat exchange. Its most important attribute is the “small body” or ultra-compact design.
