The PE100 Electrofusion (E/F) Coupler is a high-integrity fitting engineered for creating the most secure and reliable joints in polyethylene piping systems. It is the gold standard for critical applications such as buried gas distribution networks and geothermal ground loops, where long-term safety and zero leakage are non-negotiable. Inside each coupler is a precisely wound heating coil. When connected to an electrofusion processor, the coil heats up and melts the inner surface of the coupler and the outer surface of the PE pipes, fusing them into a single, monolithic, and permanent joint. This automated process, guided by a barcode on the fitting, eliminates human error and ensures a perfect, repeatable weld every time. Its robust design and superior material ensure a service life of over 50 years, providing ultimate peace of mind for buried infrastructure.
