Our PE100 Rubber Expansion Joint is a highly specialized flexible connector designed to seamlessly integrate into fully-welded HDPE pipeline systems. It uniquely combines a high-performance, reinforced EPDM rubber body with integral, solid PE100 spigot ends. This innovative design allows the joint to be connected directly to PE100 pipes via thermal butt fusion, eliminating the need for traditional flanges, gaskets, and bolts. The primary function of this joint is to protect the entire pipeline system by absorbing axial (compression/extension), lateral, and angular movements caused by thermal changes, ground settlement, or equipment vibration.
